Kids have more energy than adults. they are a bunch of flying birds who can cross miles just with their enthusiasm. And we know how things can get messy if we are not syncing with their innate energy to channel it in healthier ways. Some kids do tend to have a lot more energy than the others, and to bring balance and to keep them entertained within the four walls of the classroom is in fact a demanding task for a teacher who works in Early childhood care and education.
The emphasis on play, games, and physical activities are so common for preschooler that it makes sense to have a learning environment that is accommodating to kids' individual needs. Furthermore, it is not just about trying to burn their energy, when children are provided with situations to help them develop their motor skills, eye-hand coordination, and can also help them improve their social skills.
We all must have played this game at some point in our lives, in picnics family gatherings, etc. balloon in the air game never gets old even for adults. One of the classic activities of all time.Children can stand or sit in a circle and keep hitting the balloon up in them and not let it touch the ground. If you want to make it more complex, add one more balloon. This is absolutely one of the simple and easy games to improve arm strength and hand-eye coordination.
You can include all the kids in this activity. Ask them to stand in a circle, and the first kid will do simple movements such as jumping or clapping, whatever the kid likes to do. And the next person will first perform the first movement, and then add another one of his own, and the next one will continue to build the game in the same way. This chain can continue till one by one gets eliminated by making mistakes such as not following or remembering the sequence of the movements. And finally, the last one standing will be the winner.
A quick way to engage children and keep their attention centered. Mirror games can be placed in pairs. Ask two kids to face each other leaving a gap in between. Now one kid will do some imitation and the other one will copy the movements. It can be as funnier as children want them to be. They can even switch their role. Even the children who are just observing won’t be able to stop laughing.
You can create a target ground on the floor. And then you can use some classroom materials like soft objects or a ball for throwing. Ask each child one by one to throw the object from a designated distance to make it challenging for the kids. This is one great activity to help children develop their motor skills. this is going to be a useful exercise for going back and forth, retrieving the throwing objects as well as setting the targets back up.
Freeze dance just like the name suggests is A fun game with music on. While the music is on kids can free dance on their own and then pause the music without intimation. And kids need to pause immediately. A perfect game is perfect for taking an energetic break after lesson learning.
Indoor activities for children are essential to keep them entertained and also help them take a mental break from schoolwork. Being the facilitator, whatever activity you are choosing to help children burn energy, do give them the opportunity to feel free and have fun. Indoor activities can also help children burn their energy when the teacher knows how to use the classroom space. In Early childhood care and education Course in Vietnam focus must be on 3 primary things – meaningful engagement, developmental growth, and the sense of safety.

What they say
Entering the world of Montessori has been an eye-opening experience as I have only been exposed to a standard education system such as the kindergarten. It has been very useful in our household as well as I learn to allow my child to be more independent and less forceful. I am very grateful for the education. I have received and I hope to advance my skills in the future.

VietnamAsian College of Teachers (ACT) undertakes a continuous review of its teacher training courses to ensure imparting high quality education. However, there might be circumstances outside of ACT’s control which might affect its stakeholders like if you are planning to teach in a different country, applying for a teaching license, pursuing higher studies or trying to get the certificate approved by the Ministry of Education (MoE) of a particular country then you can do so with the certificate issued by Asian College of Teachers (ACT). However, each country’s Ministry of Education (MoE) or educational bodies set certain standards that are indispensable for the pursuit of higher studies or teaching in schools in that country. So it can be a possibility that you may be able to use the certificate for higher studies or teaching purposes in one country and not in another. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you investigate thoroughly and check with the relevant authorities regarding the acceptance of the certificate issued by us before you enrol on a particular course. ACT strives to offer high-quality education and its certificates can be valuable for various purposes internationally, but still it is crucial for individuals to verify the specific recognition of the certificate in the country they intend to use it, especially for formal education or professional licensing purposes. This approach ensures that the stakeholders make informed decisions regarding their educational and career paths.
